What does a full energy supply for society based on renewable energies look like? And how can security of supply be guaranteed at reasonable cost? - The Energy Lab 2.0 research infrastructure was set up against the background of such questions. Here, scientists from the Helmholtz partners KIT, DLR and FZ Jülich are investigating how the components of intelligent linked energy networks of the future will interact.
